1. Our refund approach
TheFake shows a preview before you choose a paid plan, so you can check the scene before you upgrade. Paid plans and exports are generally final once access works as expected. If a charge is wrong, duplicated, or a technical issue prevents normal use and we cannot resolve it, tell us and we will review the request.

3. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Open our contact page.
- Select or mention Billing Question.
- Use the email address connected to your TheFake account.
- Include the order, invoice, or subscription details if you have them.
- Briefly explain what happened. A sentence is enough.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing flow. After cancellation:
- You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew automatically.
- Unused time in the current billing period is not partially refunded.
- You can resubscribe later if you want the paid features again.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds when:
- The account violated our Terms of Service.
- The account violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We detect fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund behavior.
- The request involves a charge that was delivered correctly and used successfully.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as plans, payment providers, or billing flows change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
